At Dhwani Heena, our mehendi is prepared fresh and carefully packed for every order. Because natural henna is a fresh, perishable product, we follow a strict no-return, no-refund and no-cancellation policy.
No Return Policy
All Dhwani Heena mehendi products are prepared and packed specifically for customer orders.
Natural henna does not contain synthetic preservatives or unnecessary chemicals, which means it is more sensitive to storage conditions, temperature, moisture and handling.
Once a product leaves our facility, returning it can affect its freshness and quality. For this reason, we do not accept product returns.
No Refund Policy
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our natural henna products, all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once an order has been prepared and dispatched, we cannot accept the product back for resale because its freshness and quality may be affected during the return process.
No Cancellation After Order Placement
Once an order is successfully placed, it cannot be cancelled.
We begin preparing the order shortly after receiving it. Since our mehendi is prepared specifically for the order, cancelling it after preparation would result in product wastage.
Therefore, customers are requested to carefully check their product selection, quantity and delivery address before placing an order.
Damaged or Incorrect Delivery
Although we do not accept returns or cancellations, if you receive:
- A visibly damaged package
- A product damaged during transportation
- A product different from what you ordered
Please contact us promptly after delivery with your order number and clear photographs/videos of the package and product.
We will review the situation and, where the issue is verified to have occurred during our processing or transportation, determine an appropriate resolution.

Why We Follow This Policy
Dhwani Heena focuses on fresh, natural and chemical-free henna products. Unlike products containing strong synthetic preservatives, natural henna can be more sensitive to time and storage conditions.
We do not want returned products to be resold to another customer if their freshness or quality may have been compromised.
